An experience not to be missed, the Borghese Gallery sits inside Rome’s “Central Park”, the Villa Borghese, and houses the sublime collection of Cardinal Scipione Borghese, nephew to the 17th century Pope Paul V. The gallery houses some of Rome’s best ancient sculpture and mosaics, alongside Renaissance and Baroque masterpieces by artists such as Raphael and Caravaggio. The centrepieces of the collection are a number of beautiful marble sculptures by Rome’s ultimate Baroque master, Gian Lorenzo Bernini.

A magnificent bike tour to reach the famous medieval city of Anagni, the City of Popes, from Fiuggi taking the countryside route along the Red wine Cesanese road. Stopping along the way to sample some delicious aperitifs in a wonderful little spot overlooking the entire valley. The cycle back is a soft and pleasant climb through the greenery of the surrounding woods taking you all the way back to Fiuggi.  

After a pleasant walk in Palermo, you will be hosted by Annalisa at her house. She will prepare a delicious dinner and introduce you to the authentic Sicilian cooking.
