Antinori estate in Chianti Classico area is the oldest and most famous property of the Antinori family.

The winery has been renewed many times both in shape, techniques and wine blending, but when you get in contact with it, you feel the deep roots that the production has in the past, tightly linked to the territory of Chianti Classico and respectful of its traditions. After the visit of this splendid and modern cellar you there will be an aperitif based on one of the company’s fine wines.

Discovering Cheese's Traditions

The territory of Agrigento prides in having one of the most important dairy traditions in Italy, This is the case of Peppe and Valeria – a
young couple from Agrigento. They started their new project after a few years of studying and training. Peppe and Valeria now breed Girgentane goats in order to produce high-quality goat cheese. We will make a stop at their small dairy farm to enjoy a lunch/dinner with them, taste their special cheeses, and discover the exceptional history of their work.

Chef for a day in the Sassi of Matera

A real competition immersed in the magical atmosphere of the enchanting Matera. With the help of a local Chef, you will prepare a typical dish of Lucanian cuisine: "orecchiette" with turnip greens and crusco pepper.

The winner will be presented with the symbol of the Sassi with the trademark "Masterchef in the Sassi di Matera"!

Barbaresco Vineyards

Full immersion in the Unesco vineyard landscapes of the Barbaresco wine area. Guided visit to a Barbaresco wine cellar with tasting. Although their wines can be found all over the world, the best way to taste them is still in their place of origin: a visit with a walk through the rows of vines, a tour of the barrel cellar and a stop in our tasting room will explain much more than words ever can.
Arrival to Barbaresco town centre and possibility to admire the scenery from the panoramic tower, stretching from Langhe and Roero hills to the Alpine Arch. And then off towards Neive, one of the most beautiful town in Italy.
